the staff were amazing, offering top-notch service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. the health club facilities were great, with a nice gym and pool, and the pool staff were very helpful. the food we tried, including breakfast and poolside salad, was delicious. the parking was convenient, and the reception staff were professional and efficient. overall, we couldn't ask for more in this price range, and the hotel even competes with more expensive options in terms of service and cleanliness.

I chose Citymax Hotel Bur for its convenient location near the Dubai Heritage Village, and I was pleasantly surprised by the diverse dining options available, from buffet and à la carte meals to a variety of food and drink offers at the City Café and other restaurants. The team also went the extra mile to suggest more things to do in Ras Al Khaimah, adding to my overall positive experience.

clean rooms with great location close to major attraction; had easy access to supermarket - bus rides, and metro station burjuman; friendly and professional staff - like jennifer - answered all my questions.

Great value for money, 10-minute walk from the metro station, clean and comfortable hotel with a swimming pool. Buses provided to La Mer beach, Outlet shopping mall, and Mercato mall. Many affordable restaurants within and around the hotel.
Felt welcome, nothing to complain about.

As a business traveler, my company booked my stay at this hotel and there were a few positives that stood out. The location was ideal, being just 15 minutes away from ADCB metro station and close to plenty of dining options and supermarkets. The low price was definitely a bonus. The rooms were clean and the check-out process was fast. The hotel also offered a range of amenities such as a fitness studio, seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour room service. The hotel's proximity to the nearest metro station and key tourist destinations made it convenient for exploring the city.
One aspect that could have been better was the variety of food served during my two-day stay. It would have been more enjoyable if they offered different dishes each day.
